1.Ive been working real hard on my physical fitness, I can only do up to 10 pushups before I fall to my knees. Is it safe to do pushups everyday?

    2. When do I get my first paycheck & how much will it be after they take some out for the supplies? Im going in as e-3 single, no dependants.

    3. I tend to sweat alllooooot (hands), I have what they call hyperhidrosis, Im using Certain Dri which isnt doc perscripted, I bought it from walgreens for like $6. Its kinda helping. My recruiter said to just use a towel but thats all the info he can think of. Anyone been thru this or knew someone dealing with this. I just feel like Ill get in trouble & yelled at alot for this.

    4. Ive been buying the girly stuff that I should get thats stated in the helsman. Ive read that people are buying v-neck white shirts, can I just buy that stuff there? How much money should I bring to bootcamp? Can girls buy razors too?? We (well I definatly) would like to be hairless in some places during bootcamp.

Thats all the questions I can think of now. Thanks to those who read this &/or reply to my topic. yeah-this smiley is awesome!-

It is very save to do push-ups all day long every day...I would suggest doing them as often as possible until you ship. When you wake up, again after you shower, again after you eat breakfast, again mid morning, again after lunch, again a few times in the afternoon and before and after dinner, again a few times during the evening and then some more right before bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom do some more push-ups. Shoot for 600 to 800 a day!

Then all of this again the next day and the next day until you ship. If you will do this you should be doing more then the minimum at one time by ship date.

I would also add sit-ups and flutter kicks with every set of push-ups.

Do some right now...and then some more. Continue with as many as you can after you drop to your knees...

Pay is on the 1st and 15th so you might get your first check on July 1st but for sure by July 15th.

I will let others answer your other questions.

Please do some push-ups and then some more and then some more!

I wish you the very best.

you should get paid first of the month more then likely. ezekiel you probably will be paid first of the month also not the 15 of june. you will more then likely miss the pay cute.

you can bring razors and all. you say you want to be hairless in places which i cant blame you but dont think you will be shaving those underarms and legs every day it wont happen.

The hundred push up program is awesome. I have been doing it for a couple of weeks and can really tell a difference. I am a Coastie Husband and just wanted to get in better shape and it is really helping me improve. I am doing more push-ups now than I could playing football when I was younger and that was many moons ago. And also it keeps the mind occupied while the wife is in BC. Good luck.

Southern is right, when I talked to my daughter during her off base liberty, she said all the girls really wanted to do was take a long hot bath and shave their arms and legs!! She said they were all looking like chewbaca by then. There is litterally NO time to shave pits and legs while in boot camp. Luckily it was cold then so no one could see anything anyway!!
