Hey guys, so here's the thing. I leave for cape may in a few weeks, and I'm worried about getting sent home because I have 2 missing teeth. I also have a retainer that I wear with fake teeth inside of it. That way when I put my retainer in, you don't see that my teeth are gone. It does not affect my eating or anything for that matter. Other than this my teeth are healthy and clean! Will missing teeth get me disqualified? Oh by the way, I originally was joining the navy and told my recruiter about this and he told me it's not a big deal. However when I switched over to the Coast Guard, I never said anything to my CG recruiter, because I figured everything was the same. But now I'm getting a little worried because i leave for cape may soon. Any help would be great! Thanks everyone!

Call your recruiter and talk to him about it.

You'll be fine, I'm missing one tooth and have a retainer with the fake in it and the dentist didn't really say much. I didn't mention it to my recruiter, but if it makes you feel better than go for it  but I'm gonna say you're fine.
