    Yep, I was a "salty" Fireman Apprentice when I crossed the line the first time, and a Salty Shellback second time we crossed. I guarantee you won't be doing anything like that at a shore unit.

    It did. It was a looooong 4 months away from home, but the stuff we did, the places we visited, the people we met. Simply amazing. I'm planning on going back at some point to visit as a tourist and spend a little more time down there.
