I've been in the Auxiliary since 2013, I've served in numerous "staff officer" positions, including Flotilla Vice Commander.
I recently "passed" the online Auxiliary Ombudsman course. What is the next step, if any, to use the Ombudsman class or is there more I need to do?
(I've served in the EMS field for years in the local government, non-military, service, so I have decades of experience giving both good and unfortunately, bad news).
