Quick question, I served in the Navy completed my eight years and received an honorable discharge and received my DD214, I joined the reserves a few years later and in 2005 I made a stupid mistake and smoked Pot at a party once and the next weekend I had a pop urinalyses, I failed it and went to captains mast and was let go I think it was an OTH, I never received a new DD214, Will this show up on a PSI and will it disqualify me. I have never been in trouble before or after.

It most likely will show up. I don't know if it would be disqualifying or not, however.

What NYBo said. I looked into the Auxiliary Manual. A DD214 would normally be expected. However, there is stated that a waiver can be requested for something like this. It may or may not be granted.
