Does puerto rico have non-rate positions? also the virgin islands?

    Yes, there are non-rate positions in Puerto Rico. I don't think there are any billets for non-rates in the Virgin Islands.

    They might since there are small boat stations there, but the crew is really small
    Take what you like and leave the rest behind.

    Yes there are nonrated positions in Puerto Rico. There are two nonrates per cutter for a total of 10. There are at least five nonrates attached to the sector and four attached to the station.

    Any other questions about Puerto Rico? I'm currently stationed there.
