after Bootcamp, if a person fails whatever A school they apply for. How long would that person have to wait before applying for another A school?

I could be wrong but I think if you have a no fault disenrollment from AST "A" school, and you want to put your name back on the list for the same school. they might make you wait 6 months. AST "A school does some different things with reverting and whatnot if they think you can make it but need more time or something weird happens.
On a side note, if you are already making plans for failing AST "A" school then you might as well put your name on a different list.
