You can check at the library or go to Borders or Barnes & Noble... look for a study guide, there are several different ones available. Look them over and find which best suits your study habits and preferences. That is the best way to prepare. |

Get familiar with it all, focus on the math and english sections. |

Waiting while still trying to contact. She might have been out for training, she might have been on leave... there are multiple reasons that she just might not have gotten back to you yet. Gently prod a bit while being polite. Send an email, give a call... she will get back to you. |

i have a quick question. I went to the meeting today and started the process. There was a question that was on the screening form that asked if i had a heart murmur. Now here is the thing i have a had a heart murmur since birth and i have had no problems at all. I was never referred to go see any kind of heart specialist or any kind of problems. i have a physical every year and no problems. The question i have is my recruiter said that i need to get documentation from my doctor regarding this issues before i go to meps . I am just confused as to what kind of info does she want ? Should i go get an EKG and see a cardiologist. i am only asking here because she is going away till weds |

Gather all of your medical records regarding your heart murmur. Your recruiter will have to send the to the MEPS for review. |

well i got bad news today . I guess i was disqualified at the initial reads because i had a history of vesicoureteral reflux. Is there anything us i can do because the surgery corrected this condition . My recruiter said there was nothing more she could do and that she couldn't get a waiver |

I'm sorry it wasn't the answer you wanted. I do hope you have a great plan B and are ready for an amazing life even without the Coast Guard. Very best of luck to you! |
