    I want to start an inshore fishing charter service,(6 pack only). What are the USCG requirements, licensing etc...I have fished the Indian River from Vero Beach to Grant FL. with  my father from the age of 5 till I was 25. I then shellfished(claming) till I was 29.
       I Then moved to the Tarpon Springs FL. area where I took a job as a Diver for Marine Life and Sponges on a 44' boat.My duties were Diver/Mate. 
      The trouble is that no records were kept when I worked for my father. All the records I had from my shellfishing days were destoryed when the storage unit I had rented with my brother flooded from a main water line break in 1992.The person that owned Big Boat Inc. went out of business in 1996 and no longer has any logs or records, and I cannot locate the Master of the boat whom I worked under. The last I heard he was on a Srimp Boat smoewhere between Tarpon Springs FL. and Mobile AL.
         How would I go about proving that I have had at least 360 days of experince on boats?
