    Im swearing in next week so i dont exactly know what i can and can not bring but i was wondering about the running shoes.

    say the shoes i wear to boot are running shoes, will i get new ones?

    You will only stay with the clothes you bring for 2 or 3 days, make sure you're comfortable, after the three days are up, you will get uniforms, running shoes and necessary gear. Got it? Good luck!

    They should give you a list of what to bring and what not to bring. They issue running shoes (got to be uniform) so I would bring shoes that make you comfortable but nothing that is too expensive or that you want to get ruined. Once you get out of the civilian clothing and into the CG uniform your "Civies" will get packed up.
