Also one more thing, rather than making another thread ill just ask here, i have a tattoo on my upper back its about 7 or 8 inches from top to bottom, its a cross, would this in any way create any difficulties for me? it would easily be covered in uniform.

I don't believe it will affect your enlistment. It will be documented either during your physical or during boot camp. The crack down appears to be targeted toward specific areas of the body and too much coverage.

If your tattoo in any way touches your neck you will not be allowed to enlist. That's my reading of the policy as it is written.

It took about 6 weeks to receive my packet of information. Everything in the packet, you can pretty much find on the website. I don't leave until 7/10, so unfortunately, I don't think I can be too much of help with your questions.

Thanks anyhow, any help is better than none, i actually recieved my information the other day after only about a week and a half
