It sounds as if she's under the guaranteed school program. If so, the slot may be locked in for her. It's give and take with any program. The most cost effective way is to send her to boot then directly to A school. Sending her to a unit after boot then to A school would entail two moves vice one. They may have built in a couple weeks of play for leave and in case minor issues crop up during boot camp. Also, if she asks to go early they may be able to accommodate but without the guaranteed school billet.

Regardless, she needs to disclose to her recruiter the speeding ticket. I would disclose the accident too. She needs all this cleared up before she ships out in October.

Don't sweat the ticket unless she gets another. Then it starts to show a trend of disregarding authority (and law) and could, operative word - could, become a hindrance.
