    Good morning,  I am planning a trip that will (hopefully) take me under a fixed bridge on the Puget Sound. I have read (from charts) that the height of vertical bridge clearance is based on the heights in feet above mean high water. Where do I find the med. high water for a particular bridge?  Is there a datum plane for mean high water on particular charts that I do not have?
