    Hello all,

I've been stationed on CGC SENECA and now I'm on CGC MIDGETT.  At some point during my time here on the great white needle of death, I will receive (I before E, except after C?  Except for the word Science... that word breaks all the rules) my Permanent Cutterman's Pin, please, hold your applause.

I have done the rough math out in my head and I belive I will receive it OOA SEPT of next year, however, with A school and such, and my lack of math skills, I could be off.  Is there anywhere I can find how much seatime I have?  There must be a way, otherwise, how do the YN's know when to give it to me (or anyone)?  I figured it would be in Direct Access somewhere, but I have had no luck finding it.

    Thank you for any help.

Get on CGBI and click the skills tab. It will be in there, time in grade, time in service, sea time, etc. is all in there.

It's also at the end of the comments section on your pay check. My husband brings his pay checks home every month, and I always see it there...it tells you exactly how many years, months, and days.

    Yes, 5 years.
You can meet the standard, or you can set the standard. It's your choice.

...and also having the necessary quals and passing a cutterman's board.

Your looking at OOA JUL14, not OOA SEP13.
