You are confusing many different programs. DA is for putting in ETRs for C schools. TMT doesn't track anything regarding C schools or A schools. Were you talking about TQC?
For TQC, just put in USCG TQC in google and it will pull right up.

    E-Rock,

Last year TQC posted the A school schedule September 1, 2013. The C- school schedule pasted about 2 weeks ago. So its still a few weeks out before anyone will know what a school is going to look like for FY14.

Where did the "C" school schedule "paste" to?  TQC only has convenings through September.

    B. Cutter Training and Qualification Manual, COMDTINST M3502.4I
    1. The following guidance is for FY14 class 'C' school orders.
    2. On 05 August 2013, the FY14 'C' school schedules will be posted on
the Training Quota Management Center (TQC) website and in Direct
Access. Unit Training Officers are authorized to submit 'C' school
electronic training requests (ETRs) on this date. With the release of
FY14 courses, all FY13 requests will be deleted from Direct Access.
    3. Units shall verify that pre-requisites are met prior to submitting
ETRs for all class 'C' courses. Pre-requisites for all class 'C'
courses are listed on the TQC Website and in Direct Access.
    4. Unit ETRs for class 'C' schools should be submitted as soon as a
training requirement is identified and the unit can accommodate.
ETR's should be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to the training
start date. Two alternate course dates are required in the comments
section of the ETR (if available). Once submitted, the status of the
ETR can be tracked by viewing the Student Training Summary in Direct
Access for the member and in CGBI. TQC will cut orders 6 to 8 weeks
prior to the course convening dates to allow early coordination of
travel to minimize travel costs. Per ref (a), Chapter 8.C, "Personnel
in receipt of orders to a Class 'C' school have ten days from receipt
of orders to cancel orders, request a substitution, or submit a
waiver request. After ten days, the member must have Command approval
to cancel or substitute the quota. Cancellation requests should be
sent via message to the appropriate Program Manager or TQC within ten
days of receiving orders." CGMS message traffic is the required
method for requesting substitutions or cancellations of orders to
class 'C' training. Approved message templates are posted on the TQC
website. Units should submit all change requests as early as possible
to allow ample time to identify replacement students.
    5. Members can verify their enrollment status in Direct Access by
    following these steps: SELF-SERVICE/SELF-SERVICE FOR
COMMANDS/USE/STUDENT TRAINING SUMMARY. Enter the member's EMPLID and
press search. Members can verify their enrollment status in CGBI by
following the following steps: Launch CGBI and click on the UNIT
view, then click the TRAINING tab. Go to the POSITION BASED
information block and click on DETAIL next to COURSES. Search
    employee status by position.
    6. ETRs are not required to be submitted for Pre-arrival training.
TQC will automatically schedule all pre-arrival training for those
members with PCS orders into billets requiring such training. Per ref
(b), Chapter 3.7, the only units with established pre-arrival
    training requirements are cutters.
    7. For pre-arrival training, waivers must be requested via CGMS and
approved by the Program Manager (who are indicated on the master
training list) before TQC can take action. An approved waiver message
template is posted on the TQC website.
    8. Unit Commands and Training Officers are encouraged to contact TQC
with any questions. The list of TQC schedulers and the courses they
    manage are available at:
    https://cgportal2.uscg.mil/units/forcecom/tqc/Pages/Home.aspx
    9. Please disseminate to subordinate commands.

    9. CG TQC POC: LTJG Corinne Powers, Executive Officer,
