    My ex boyfriend and I have a child together and he owns a sail boat which he now tells me he is planning on using to take our son out of the country.  We have joint custody so leaglly he is within his rights to take him where ever he would like.  I have the registration number, id#, decal number, but I don't know where the boat is docked.  How can I find out this information.  Please respond asap to single4lifefl2aol.com.
