So...boot camp is around the corner (depot in my case). Working on physical fitness? Aye aye! Required knowledge? Aye aye! My question is, how are you preparing yourself mentally outside of what is in the required knowledge?
To get things started, here are "zero three" notes or quotes that help keep my mind in the game, but I'm curious to hear yours. These don't have to be for boot camp. They can be for anyone in any situation.
-Mind over Matter: If you don't mind, it don't matter.
-Mental strength: Find the question being asked in the action. Can you handle injustice or unfairness? Can you come back with unwavering determination?
-Be thankful for challenges as they are opportunities to get better.
Let's hear them!
