Medical and dental is better then you think. They're not company commanders so they treat you like a normal person.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth out. Some stay on base for it and some go off base. You get 1 day in the ward ( the bases hospital) then 2 days light duty of no yelling or physical stuff. 30 out of 86 got their teeth out in our company. It's not a bad thing
the longest run for us was like 3-4.miles and that is the cadence run so you're singing and makes the run 100% more bearable. Every company is different though.
You get 15min to eat. You get used to it
Easiest ways to get through bootcamp is make sure to memorize your helmsman before you come. Your rates, ranks, chain of command. Collar devices and stuff
No phone calls home until you call to tell your family where you're stationed and that's a very short call.
Letters as much as you want. They help you get through bootcamp
Showers aren't 5min you usually have 10-15min to shower, brush teeth, shave is a guy. Gel hair if a girl.
