Buddy, I am right there with you. I am waiting on the 29 November board for the DCE program. My patience is streached pretty thin by now. I think the best thing to do is wait untill next Friday 03 December before calling an bugging LT Walker. On the bright side, I keep reading about the Deepwater program and how far the CG is behind. They gotta need every engineer they can get. My best guess is that we will hear something next week.

If anyone out there has gone through the DCE or DCO program, thre are several of us out here who would really appreciate some insider info.
When will we know if we are selected?
Will we get to select duty from the shopping list or will we get placed?
Do we get DLA to our first duty?
What percentage of applications are accepted?

I applied on the same board, although I applied for DC Aviator. I was told that I would probably hear back some time in mid January. I hope I can contain my anticipation well enough to not call my recruiter every day after January 1st. From what I have heard, you get full military compensation just like all the other services, so that should include DLA to your first duty station, but I'm no SME since I'm just an applicant as well.
