    I have a safety meeting I have to do on this and I would like some help for you guys and gals if you have the time:

    1.Why is there OPA 90

    2.Why is there not a full 33 CFR 155.1030 (i) carried in the barge information books or logs?

    I think that will do it folks, thanks for your time.
