    If anyone has ever been in the USCG reserves while in college, let me know. I would like to get some kind of perspective from someone who has been there.

    Ha J-170 or anyone else who can answer I have a question for you. I am 25 have a wife and a 6 month old baby boy and I am looking at joining the reserves. I currently live in Houston Texas and my wife really dosent want to move, when you join the reserves did you have to move or do you get to stay close to home? For example here in Houston there are two main stations here an air and sea station. So would they station me there or what? And one last thing what type of job do you have in the reserves? Plus any other information you may be able to shed light on for me. Thanks in advance.
