YMMV as they are constantly changing the way they do daily PT. In the past they've had classes do PT entirely on their own once you pass the PT test and classes where they did organized PT every day regardless so you could be anywhere in between those two extremes.
For the PT test there's a pretty good run down of the events and scoring in the dco prereporting guide. 1.5 mile run, 2 minutes of cadence push ups (look for the OCS cadence push ups YouTube video), and 2 minutes of basically crunches with arms crossed hands grabbing your t-shirt at the shoulders and elbows touching mid thigh. Minimum score is 180 cumulative no minimum score for each event.
