Anybody heading to DEPOT, I have a huge favor to ask of you. My graduating class never received any sort of documentation of the 3 awards (academic, PT and leadership) for our records, but the names are on plaques in the DEPOT lounge there. Would like to get a photo of them if possible. Once you graduate, you can't get back in there!! We just want to get them on our personnel records. Please send me a PM for further information.

Can you email to your CC and ask them for the information? You should be able to get a hold of one of them thru global. I'm sure they would be happy to provide that info.

Tried that, no luck. They're forbidden from talking to us for a year after graduating and after that we haven't gotten any response.

The only award that has any supporting documentation is the Boot Camp Honor Graduate ribbon. Other awards earned in basic training are not entered into any record and you just receive the small gift or plaque and maybe a certificate that they gave to you. You can also contact the DEPOT yeoman in the Recruit SPO and maybe they can find some answers for you.

I will be going to DEPOT in January 2020. I can try to get you the info you seek if you haven’t already found it. What DEPOT number is it?
