    I submitted a Rate Determination Package for the CG Reserve last week and am wondering if anyone may have any idea about how long it may take (on average) for the CG to review that package and provide a response?  If it matters it's an RDP for ME, I have 15 years experience as a Police Detective and am prior service.

    I don't think you'll have too much of an issue getting the package approved, given your background. If anything, I'd say you're overqualified for the ME rating. As for how long it may take, hard to say. Your recruiter should be able to give you an idea of what the average wait time is for these. I doubt you'll be waiting for months on end. As a frame of reference, it took me 4 months from start to finish, but that was nearly 20 years ago. As a side note, since you're prior service, make sure you're properly credited with your previous service time. I ran into an issue with that. It initially cost me $2000 in overpayments, but ultimately cost the CG $15,000 in back pay once it was finally sorted out....11 years later
