I was just wondering if it is possible to enroll into the Coast Guard Academy in New London if I am in the Reserves.. I drill out of New London station.

you have to be accepted to go there. how old are you? how many bills do you have? do you have kids?

The short answer is yes. But as stated you will have to be accepted and you won't be in the reserves anymore once you are there. Your commission will be active duty and requires a payback tour of 4 years after graduation.
