SAN PEDRO, Calif. -- A member of Port Security Unit 311 gets sprayed with cold water as part of the unit's security detail training exercise November 12, 2008 at Coast Guard Base San Pedro. The cold water helps unit members become accustomed to performing duties under harsh conditions. (U.S. Coast Guard photo by Petty Officer 3rd Class Cory J. Mendenhall)
Question: How you can tell when you've got a good duty assignment?
Answer: They have to simulate bad weather by spraying you with a hose.<!-- Edit -->
