    Has anyone used flashing light while operating on a Master 500 GT, Near Coastal License?
     
    I passed all modules and submitted certificates for all required subjects:
     
    BRM, PSC, MCP, Unlimited Radar, AB, Advanced Firefighting, BST
     
    But the license will not be issued until I pass a flashing light exam and the REC Houston does not administer this exam.  I live in Texas, does someone know where this may be done...one or two states away?? Or must I travel all the way to Florida?
