    You missed a couple.

    There is also HITRON in Jacksonville, FL and Air Station Washington in Washington DC.

    Most air stations show up on the Units page under the various geographic District pages. The two being discussed here do not. HITRON is shown under Atlantic Area and Air Station Washington is shown under USCG Headquarters Units. That's probably why the Wikipedia authors missed them.

    I think (repeat, *think*) you can put any "Any Airstation" on one line. Hopefully someone can verify or correct that.<!-- Edit -->

    They will probably send you to choice #13 devil

    But as wepprop pointed out on another post "it's like the lottery - someone is going to win and it won't be you unless you put in for it".

    If your name comes up and they can use you, you will get to go if not they will send you where they need you.

    Buck, when are you going to boot?

    If I'm out, and you still haven't gone - I'll let you know if "Any Air Station" worked...

    @USCGforMe
    Right now it looks like October so I've got some time.

    @Captkyguy
    So true, you can't hit a home run if you don't swing the bat. I'll for sure be filling my dream sheet with Air Stations. I don't really car where I get sent I would just like an Air stations if possible, if not I know I'll have fun where ever I get sent.

    Southern, as Chuckles said, there really is an air station in Washington DC. There is also a detachment in D.C. for a totally different mission. I have no reason to make this stuff up.

    FYI, Air Station Washington has a few aircraft. The G5 which is supposed to be for use of the Commandant is often snagged by DHS for their VIPs leaving the Commandant to use one of the station's other aircraft.

    http://www.uscg.mil/top/units/

    Click on the district link or map and you will see the air station for each when you click on "commands" or "units." Some districts have the air station listed under their sector's link, like SFO Port Angeles, in D13, due to their colocation.

    Is DC an air station or an air facility? Also we're saying adios to Los Angeles very soon.

    In regards to LA, I'm assuming San Diego will pick up the AOR? Anyone hear word on that? Also, DC is its own Airsta; however, it is located at an airport so I assume the hangar location would be considered an air facility.

    San Fran is covering LA through a FOB at point mugu. I think in 2021 it should be its own AIRSTA. Thats all CG timeline so I guess it could take a lot longer to happen.
    I've been to the hanger in DC and it was pretty much just crews from Atlantic City except for the Commandants crew which is why I thought it might just be an Air Fac.
    I technically have orders to the Air Fac in Newport to fill up those spots but I'm in North Bend, OR at the Air Station.

    Sweet. I've heard PT Magu is a sweet place for an air station. I'm going to SD, was hoping to get some "deployments".

    Point Magu is probably going to be my number one as soon as it becomes a permanent Air Station.

    Is there anyone that can update this list? Maybe also with what aircraft are out of that station?
