    So, I just walked through the door from class and turned on CNN.  The breaking news story is about the Helicopter and small aircraft collision.  Devastating news!  Thus far, the Coast Guard's rescued 1?  I hope all turns out well in the end.

    I was just reading about it and the FDNY is saying there appear to be fatalities. God Speed to all involved...

    Like Mayor Bloomberg said, this isn't going to have a happy outcome.  I did hear on the news a CG rescue swimmer went in to pull someone out.  That person was apparently already gone, my condolences to their families.

    The Helicopter pilot lived in my hometown. Everyone here is saddened.
