    Is a foreign built, U.S. documented sailboat allowed to do six-pack charters in U.S. waters? I believe a change was made to the Jones Act regarding this but cannot seem to confirm this...Thanks in advance

    Only if the vessel is to operate in the U. S. Virgin Islands which is exempt from the Jones Act and U. S. Documentation Rules.
