    Im on an 88 ft tug boat 150gt. Regs say that if 200gt i need this rfpnw. part one of puzzel solved. part 2 if vessel is over 26 ft and towing i need a rfpnw. to qualify for one i need to do time on a 500gt vessel. to recive my AB rank i have been told i need a rfpnw. to sit on a 500gt vessel in my company i need an AB rank. any one have a clue or a chapter and verse on the rfpnw puzzle??freaked
