The XO walked into the command center one morning not knowing his zipper was down and his fly area wide open. His assistant walked up to him and said, "This morning when you left port did you remember to raise the anchor all the way?"
The XO told her he new for sure that he did indeed raised the anchor as always and walked into his office puzzled by the question.
As he fisished his paperwork, he suddenly noticed his fly was open and zipped it up. He then understood his assistant's question about "raising his anchor."
He headed out for a cup of coffee and paused by her desk to ask, "When you noticed that my anchor was not all the way up did you happen to see my 378 High Endurance Cutter (WHEC) in port?
She smiled and said "No, I didn't. All I saw was an old 25 Transportable Port Security Boat (TPSB) with two very worn out twin outboards."
