    Obviously living in the midwest, I don't have the opportunity to see Coast Guard commercials.  However, this one was posted on youtube yesterday and I swear they made it about a few people I know! smile

    There is also a male version of the first commercial. Not quite sure why commercials are needed when the job sells itself....that's a good debate topic I am sure.

    I seen the male one ... I didn't like it was much. I know that sounds rude. They're practically the same. Maybe I'm biased being female or something. ha. That's true. There've been a lot of complaints .... most people like the "Shield of Freedom" commercials much more than this approach. Understandable, I guess.

    The're targeting a specific demographic, but in my opinion, these are not particularly compelling.
