    This is so important, it creates stricter policies for sex offenders and allows police, parole, fbi officers more freedom to check up on them. It was passed but never implemented for whatever reason. The more recent case of Jaycee Lee Duggard was highlighted on the show...she would have been found years ago if this law was implemented and officers were able to have more freedom to check on the man who took her. Please please PLEASE print out this letter and send it to your state reps...
