    It is my understanding that the Coast Guard is changing the Regulations for the Launch Operator's Course.  Our Boat Club had a Class scheduled in two weeks which was cancelled due to this.  Does anyone know what the new Requirements will be and when they will take effect?

    Your best course of action would be to contact the nearest US Coast Guard Sector Command.
