       I would like to know how far back the goast guard or any other agency keeps records on sinkings in the Great Lakes and the inland waterways and what kind of
    paperwork would be involved to launch a salvage operation.
       Also having lived many years in the Tampa Bay area I am familiar with bottom charts and I assume that they exist for the lakes and inland waterways and I would like to be able to get charts for those areas going back as far as possible as well as current.
