I'm looking to buy an iPhone from someone who is about to upgrade their phone. Marshall wont let me buy one from AT&T because we are not in your upgrade discount time.

Wish I could help you out, Cassie, but the only person I know who has an iphone is my MST daughter and she probably wouldn't part with it even if her life depended on it. haha Hope you find what you're looking for.....and hope things are going well for you, Marshall and Miss Mae! I bet she's getting big! Laurie

Cassie, Scott's tmobile phone just dropped dead on him one day... we weren't in the discount time either. I went on Craigslist and found a lot of used tmobile phones at pretty cheap prices and got to be picky with what we bought. When we came back into the discount time he bought the phone he really wanted but what he got really held him over nicely. Try looking on Craigslist for IPhone's. I'll bet you can find something, cheaper than buying it from AT&T and still get what you want. Happy Easter to Miss Mae! Macie

Oh geez Cassie. I'm sorry to hear about Marshall's accident. Glad he is doing better though. There are days I think about Colin and suddenly realize he is a 21 year old man! Wow! How did that happen???? I still remember him being a perfect little 2 year old boy that was so sweet. Now he is a Coastie and has a life and a girlfriend and when I was visiting him in Boston he ordered a beer at a bar... Holy cow, I think I took a nap and he became a man! Give her bug hugs & kisses & hopefully she won't grow up too fast!!

I know what you mean Macie. I look at Mae and can NOT believe its been almost two years since I had her! He was attempting to secure the brow durning heavy heavy weather so it wouldnt fall into the water and have to "fish" for it...again! lol Anyways it just fwll on his hand and apparntly a pinky doesnt stop a 250 lb alminum brow that well. lol He's very lucky to still have his finger but is doing really well! This guy is like the epitome of safety so I was really surprised to hear he hurt himself. He was mostly bummed about being out of work for awhile! lol

Yea I looked on craigslist but all they had were clones or broken ones =( Oh well! lol I'll just save up my pennies and get one eventually! lol...probably not cause I can never justify spending money on myself when I know there are things I can buy Mae =) I guess thats "momma guilt"

Oh that momma guilt sucks! Been there, done that! Even still go through it a little bit. Not too much with Colin being away from home and doing his own thing and making pretty good money... but while I was in Boston we went to Target for underway provisions. He had his ATM card out and was all set to pay for his stuff... but mom whipped out the cash and paid 125$ for cheez-its, top raman, cereal and other assorted necessities for patrol... LOL :) As fast as they grow up, before you know it you'll be in a spot where you'll think if Mae wants this or that she can get it for herself because she is employed, successful, happy... and you can splurge a little on you & Marshall! :)

Oh ya - Mommy guilt! That's a fun one. It's so hard to say no- but, sometimes you just KNOW it's best you do- like my son had this junkyard car to drive around the last 2 years. he blew up the engine once and 2 days before he left for boot he blew his second engine.. HAHA- but as bad as he hated that car he learned a lot about life through that stupid car! One- is he will appreciate it when he gets out of boot that he can afford a little nicer car. Anything is a step up from what he had. HA. But it was so hard not to go into debt so he could have a nice car to drive.. Now that he is in boot I really would LOVE to have a nice truck waiting for him to take to his new station.. I guess we'll see how that works out.

Pmackey, how would he feel about a mustang convertible? I've got one of those for sale! I didn't learn the whole junkyard car thing, should have but didn't, I've bought 7 cars since I was 16, paid cash for all but one though, and that one is the wifes lol
