My gut instinct would be that they don't, but I don't know for sure. I had the LASIK done in November of 2008 at the Navy hospital in Jacksonville, FL. There were a few factors involved, but it came down to active duty people, and there was a priority system involved. The priority level revolved around how deployable you were, because scheduling would be more time sensitive. One way to find out for sure would be to contact a Naval hospital's opthomology department and ask.
