    ...sometimes bewilders me! My husband was involved in a PSA for a CG foundation and he's featured at 42 seconds on the left. As much as I have a difficult time with military life, which no lie its real hard for me to come to terms with it, the amount of pride I have in him never fades or wavers. He is my hero. IDK, he's been gone for awhile and being pregnant and emotional maybe thats why it makes me cry happy tears...or maybe its just it makes me happy to see him in uniform. Whatever the reason I thought it was cool. All the shots of the 87 are of the Finback. A mom who is on this forum, her son is also featured at 42 seconds on the right

    That commercial is better than any recruiting video I have ever seen for the CG.

    I just had a feeling... wait I think.. yeah.. That was PRIDE!!! That commercial should be representing the face of the USCG. It was perfect. Thanks Cassie, I'm gonna have to track down the people who made that video and send them a cake.

    Gears-I thought they did an excellent job on the video too! When he told me about it I didn't think it would be as good as it was, so I was pleasnently surprised. If you're going to be sending some cake, wanna send a slice my way? lol

    Ezekiel- I agree, it was better than some of the recruiting commercials I've seen. Thanks for the props...although the real props go out to y'all.

    I believe the commercial was made by branch of Discovery Studios http://corporate.discovery.com/bran...y-studios/ They were great people to have on the boat and they did a awesome job. I still giggle a bit when I watch the PSA.

    brought this back up, saw the commercial while watching deadliest catch. This is the first time I have seen a CG related commercial.
