So I met a Commander this weekend. I wont share his name, where hes stationed, or where I met him; but this was our conversation... Me: "So Im fully qualified and have been waiting for a shipdate since april" Commander: "Your going to be waiting another 18 months" Me: "I was under the impression, as per my recruiter, that even if the CG hires just a small amout of people next fiscal year, its possible I can get a slot" Commander [chukling]: "Your going to be waiting another 18 months" Sooooo, is it possible the CG wont hire ANYONE next year? Or was it maybe he just didnt want to be bothered with me asking him questions? |

Nick, Anything is possible at this point. No disrespect to the Commander, but your recruiter is going to be the best source of info for you.

| I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted Coastie, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves. |
