    Hey Folks,

    Does every reservist have to take the ASVAB test? I was originally looking at the officer route, and due to my 1290 SAT and 3.86 GPA in college, I was told that I didn't need to take it.

    Now that I am really thinking about the enlisted side, does this still stand or will I need to start studying for the test?

    For the enlisted side, active or reserve, you will need to take the ASVAB. OCS is a different set of regulations. If your SAT or ACT score were not high enough, you could take the ASVAB for that as well.
    I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted Coastie, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.

    just bought my daughter a great study guide at barnes & noble. there were several to choose from.
