my recruiter told me i will have to do my annual training at my sector. Is it possible to request another location for annual training?

Yes it is possible, but it is entirely up to your command. To give you an example... If you are already qualified at your unit, you can request to do your 2 weeks somewhere else to get more experience. But if you are still working on your qual, I doubt your command will authorize drilling somewhere else.
