haha heyyy to you. I was wondering if you had found these forums yet. I'm suddenly starting to feel real sick about actually leaving. I'm sure I'll be okay! It was exciting but now I'm just nervous. I wish it was tomorrow so I could just get it over with. |

Nikole,
I'm not going to boot camp and I have moved so many times, I have lost count... but I'm getting ready to move again. The same week you start boot, I'll be moving from Texas to Wisconsin. I understand your sick feeling!! I am an old pro at this moving stuff but this time... oh, its getting me in the pit of my stomach and I'm thinking "Oh what did I agree to!" So we both need to just take a deep breath, relax and know this is just another exciting adventure that can only make life better for both of us!!! When your 8 weeks are over & done, we'll compare notes on how much we worried ourselves silly and it all was actually just fine!
Hang in there girly... it's all good and we both made great decisions... now if it would just hurry up & get here! LOL

@ OldGuard>> Yea, moving is tough. Thanks for the encouragement! I hope your move to Wisconsin goes smoothely. I guess I need to get used to it while being in the military. It's just that sickening feeling like "I can't believe I'm actually leaving..." But, I'm sure it will be fine like you said! I will definitely let you know how it goes when the 8 weeks are up. |

nikole, i talked to my recruiter today and operation fireside is still in existance. It will be nice to have a thanksgiving dinner with a family even if it isnt my own. Im shipping the week before you all so i will see you guys around even though we cant acknowledge it haha. good luck! |

I'm ready for the physical challenge. I'm glad the obstacle course and pugil fights were added, sounds like fun! I just hope our company does well. I'm more getting prepared to help everyone around me! |
