Well, your recruiter builds your file, ASVAB, Physical, and other gathered information about yourself, that typically stays either at the office or at MEPS in your area. The day you ship out, you have to report to MEPS for final check ups, and sign more documents. This all builds on your folder. Then they ship you out. So, either way you have to go back to finish up at MEPS. And I dont think a state transfer would work, because each state has a specific number of recruits they can send at a time...So my guess is no. But I could be wrong, so check with your recruiter, he could give you a definite answer.
