    I just have a quick clarification question.  I have been working with a recruiter apparently stationed in the Hartford recruiting office.  When you go to find a recruiter on the US Coast Guard website and it lists the recruiter in charge does this mean that there are also other recruiters at that location?  I also imagine you go the address listed there on the site (where you also sent the application) when you have an appointment set up; in this case "Plaza at Burr Corners 1131 Tolland Turnpike Ste R Manchester, CT 06042".  I just want to make sure I am going to the right place, that is all .  Basically I ask this because my recruiter is no listed as the "recruiter in charge".

    Offices have multiple recruiters. Your recruiter should have given you the address to the office. The address on Gocoastguard.com is the correct address for your office. To be sure, call your recruiter and verify.
    I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted Coastie, I can be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.

    The website lists the Recruiter in Charge, because they are the person in charge of assigning you to a recruiter and/or handling problems. The Hartford office has a handful of recruiters.
