Just wondering how old are all of you? I am 19. and does anyone know when our graduation will be, if we graduate on time?

I'm 20. I was wondering the same thing about graduation...I counted 8 Fridays from the 2nd and that puts us on the 24th of Dec but that was just a guess.

I'm 18, and my recruiter said our graduation date will be Dec. 22. Graduation is usually always on a Friday but because of Christmas they moved ours to Wednesday. Anyone know a way we can all recognize each other when we get there? Ha Ha

The only way I can think of us all remembering each other is to put down our real name and maybe put a good pic of our face on our profile and add one another as friends on this site.

Well tomorrow i have to report to a hotel, then say there for a couple nights so i can officially swear in. So I'll see you guys at Cape May.

Hey guys I can't tell you about your grad date but bootcamp is not all that bad. I went last summer (09) and had a great experience other than not being able to get along with some of the other girls in my berthing. Unfortunately all the good CC's are gone, but if you get Healy Hall you will get to see BMC Ruchser. He is the guy that was in the old Bootcamp video! He was my CC but now he is what they call a Section Commander. He can be your best friend or worst enemy. He was a bit of both because he was my CC. He actually ran across the track field and dragged me over the finish line for my run

As far as tips for Bootcamp... Keep your eyes in the boat (forward not looking around and scratching etc) keep your mouth shut ears open and move fast. In the galley you kind of have to do a walk run type of thing and always when you are done with your water in your cups in the galley always flip them upside down before getting up. Also, it is best to pass your PT and Swim the first time around because getting up before your company sucks! I had to be in remedial swim for like 2 weeks and I hated it!! Well, good luck guys! Hope to see you guys in the fleet some day.

Oh yea anyone have guaranteed A schools? I'll be going OS finally after being in nearly 2 years (will be 2 years after I grad from A School)
