I file bankruptcy April 2008, and was discharged, due to high credit card charges, and unable to pay back.  Since it was discharged in 2008, I've obtain three credit cards and carry less than 20% balance on it, and never made a late payment since my discharged.  My score has gone up back to 650+.

Like I said since my discharge in 2008, I never made a late payment on any credit card, my monthly credit debt is $130 that's it.

Would that prevent me from become a Reserve Officer?

I don't think so. As long as you have everything paid off you should be fine. A friend of mine is trying to join the AF and he has something like $1000 in tickets or something. He can join when they are paid off.

It very well could cause you problems with both enlisting as well as commissioning. Bankruptcy's are a big deal and can wreak havoc on security clearances. Get with a recruiter to discuss your options. To become a reserve officer, you must have prior service.
