I use Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/alerts) which sends an email (or emails, depending on how you set it up) to your inbox every day. Those emails list Web pages google finds (including updates) based on search terms you entered in setting up the alert.
For example, you can set up the following:
Search terms: coast guard cutter new
Type: (This is up to you. I use "Everything.")
How often: ("As-it-happens" might send dozens of emails into your mail box a day. I just use "Daily.")
Volume: ("All results" is just that, since "Best Results" might remove things that are of interest but seem tangential to the search engine.)
Deliver to: (Your email address)
It might take some tinkering to get a more precise listing of Web sites but it is well worth the time. You can also delete the alert if you find it's not helpful.
