well from what ive read, this seems like this may possibly be a real SOL situation for veterans who are trying to pursue commercial flight training through private institutions such as embry riddle, FIT, etc...........

there is no way in hell that you can pay for a degree program paired with flight training for 17,500 a year. Especially not rotary wing training, which is what ive been dreaming about for years and have begun pursuing via TA (taking general ED courses that will transfer to the rotary wing program). Hopefully there will be amendments made, or people will get grandfathered in, but i knew deep down that if it seems too good to be true, it is in this world..........
