    I live in Oklahoma City, OK and my state requires all canoes and kayaks to be tagged and licensed.

    My son and I built a canoe from plans we acquired from Boteau.com.

    The tag agents in OK did not know what I needed to do to get a title and registration except for a hull identification number they said I could get from the USCG since I built the canoe from plans.

    Boteau.com's website stated I needed to contact you as well.

    Can you help me, or is my canoe sunk before I can float it.  The lake rangers are always all over our State waterways.  And they will not even let me test it without it being tagged.
